In our view the majority of disputes on court are late intervention of a lawyer the main function of which is the reconciliation of the parties rather than “war” fanning between the disputing parties unfortunately not uncommon in practice. We consider rare the situation when the possibility of achieving the peace has been exhausted. There are just neglected situations, intricate relations (often artificially) the restoration of which is the function of the Lawyer.

Although it is generally accepted that money has no smell we don't hold such an opinion. So our goal is to conduct clients on the shortest way through the minimum financial, physical and emotional costs.

That is why we never push the client to hire a Lawyer and moreover, never incite to the necessity of controversy. On the contrary we strongly advise not to do things that can be avoided. If there is any possibility of “peaceful” solution of the case we will definitely resolve the problem only on this way to the prejudice of our fee.

Unfortunately not always the opposite side holds an opinion that better a bad peace than a good war. And if the controversy is inevitable then we guarantee a qualified defence of your rights and interests.
